Time to make some changes to that engine, bring top speed up a bit more :D

but the downside to that is stability at those higher speeds which on a bike like this can be scary.
It's not just the engine that limits us, it is the transmission. We need someone to step up and mate a 5 speed or make a custom 4th gear that's a bit longer but not too long. On a side note, I finally maxed my bike out today on a downhill interstate highway, I saw 68 and it bounced to 69 before hitting the Rev limiter where it stood at 67.

Details

By the gear ratio to the cross-ratio, can reduce the drop in the engine rotation, to keep the power band of the engine, it will smoothly shift up, shift down possible.
Especially at the case and sports traveling was tuning up the engine, you can effectively use the engine performance.
The kit comes with a clutch cover gasket.

Notes

If you are installing our manufactured Cross mission, you will need processing work of normal L. crank case.
In our company, we do processing work of L. Crankcase. (Another expense) 
below please refer to the "About processing work of L. crank case be carried out in our company".

If you are installing our manufactured Cross mission, it must be purchased separately of Kawasaki genuine parts 13151-0055 (switch COMP. Neutral).
In addition, the attachment must be replaced work of the coupler.

You will not be able to display the shift indicator of normal meter. 
Quick shift can not be used for KSR110.

If you install the Cross mission kit, to be fitted with a Panasonic's speed sensor kit at the same time it is normal speedometer does not operate correctly.

for processing work of L. crank case be carried out in our company (extra charge)

If you do the processing work of L. crank case at our company, will perform the engine disassembly by the customer, you must send us the only L. Crankcase.
Shipping to take at that time, cash-on-delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
Note when you send the L. crank case to us, we have described in the manual. You can see from the instruction manual on the WEB SITE main page under (footer section).

part number 12-02-0001 ¥ 6,000 (excluding tax) 

â–  When performing the processing work of L. crank case "oil jet processing" is recommended. (Extra cost)

L. By performing the oil jet processing to the crank case, to improve cooling and lubrication of the piston. This is especially recommended if you tune up the engine.
Oil jet machining, will be assumed by our made of super oil pump mounted on the vehicle.

Mine indicates 67mph in 4th bouncing off the rev limiter and actual speed is 63 mph. Bike needs a factory 5th or 178 R+ build with gearing change but i will prob do 5 speed close ratio tranny all at the same time when the Big bore kits come out in a full package kit.
