2017 Kawasaki Z125 Pro for sale - $2900. With clear PA title and inspection.
This bike was offered for sale last October, but I moved to Europe and the bike has been stored over the winter in Newtown, PA. I will be back in the US during the period of May 9-18. If interested I am available for showings and test rides during this time.
This bike is highly modified, and it’s hard to know where to start. I purchased this bike new from my local dealer 5 years ago, and it’s been a ‘project bike’ for me ever since. The 5 goals I had were performance, handling, weight reduction, reliability, and last but not least, looks. All have been achieved with this bike, and it never fails to get attention wherever I take it.
Total miles are 2635, but only about 500 are on the latest engine mods. These include the 155cc top end with high compression piston and stroker crank from MNNTHBX. Other engine mods are a lightened flywheel, racing ignition coil, Power Commander & Auto Tuner, high-flow air filter, etc. The engine has been dyno tuned and the gearing is set for 70 mph top speed, with great acceleration.
Weight reduction was also a primary goal on this bike, and it is very light at 198 lbs. No expense was spared and take special note that this bike has BST CARBON FIBER WHEELS. These with Michelin tires cost $1500 alone, and coupled with ceramic bearings, result in absolutely amazing handling and drag reduction. This bike flies, and is stable doing so.
Several of the old plastic pieces such as the fenders and various trim pieces are real carbon fiber. The seat was made by me from various pieces specially ordered from suppliers in Thailand. I have saved the original seat if that is desired. I am also including the rear stand shown in the photos as well as the shop manual book for this model.
Front suspension has been modified with the Ohlins fork kit, and the rear is a YSS shock with an aluminum swing arm for a huge weight savings.
The rear stand in the photos is included, as well as the full service manual and a charger for the lithium battery.
This bike has never been raced, and passed Pennsylvania inspection. It has never been crashed or dropped. I’m 65 and stopped doing wheelies many years ago. LOL.
