I am trying to gauge the level of effort in splitting the case to install a stroker crank. Has anyone documented their install? I am looking for pain points, ****, and a rough idea what I need to get the job done.

I am really surprised @mnnthbx didn't document their install... Or maybe they did and I missed it.

It's really straight forward honestly. We bag and label hardware well as we disassemble, take a fee phone pics of anything we think we may need to remember, and take our time. There's no real struggle or voodoo magic involved. Pay attention to how the gearbox is stacked, but again, it's FAR less complicated than other bikes we've split. Reassemble per shop manual specs.

Did you heat the case and freeze the crank to make it easy to press the crank into the case?
