Never seen a video , But just remove the rubber boot and the carter key at bottom and push the linkage rod out . Then the bolt the shifter is pivoting on use a 6mm allen at the front and a 12mm wrench on the back side. ...It is tight as hel' so you'll think somethings wrong ! . It is a shoulder bolt so there is no clocking or splines so the shifter . it will free spin on the 'shoulder' bolt and you cant over-tighten it when you put it back on . and no settings to do , the linkage sets the lever height
