Hello everyone,

Wondering if anyone else is having an issue with keys scratching the plastic walls around the ignition? It's a real tight area to get into, and I have 3 other keys on my fob. So i find that when turning my keys rub against the bike.

I made a duct tape cover for my house key, but I still have my kryptonite and xena rectangle keys on there exposed.

Anyone know of a good solution to this issue? A sticker cover of some sort?

Or is this something I should just learn to live with and let the scratches accumulate?

Best,

kakkman

I think you will find that you just have to live with it..... Unless you can find some high grade vinyl to put on the plastic in that are that way the vinyl gets scratched up and not the plastic.

Every bike I've ever owned has gotten scratched around the ignition unless I used a single key. I've heard some BMW bike have a keyless ignition.
