I'll be ordering some Pro Tapers later today, and I've been wondering if anyone has a good method for removing the little knobs that come stock on the bars? I'd ideally like to keep them in good condition (in case something doesn't work out and I want to put them back on.)

I'm pretty much learning as I go with all of this maintenance and customization, so any help is appreciated.

I remember seeing someone talk about this.. but where... possibly @TomAndToys I think ?

Wrap them with a cloth or towel and then take a vice grip and pull them out. We were able to fit our Universal Bar Ends and Bar End Mirrors on them once they were removed.
