Ok I got the Z back with the new rim. However it now turns over in gear without the clutch pulled in. Can I just unstick this thing with WD40? I really don't want to wait another week for this part.

Did you break the little plastic pin on the clutch switch putting new levers on? I did it once totally forgot about it and broke it right off, It's a $20 part, you can still ride just don't start it in gear or you'll tip it over
I broke mine as well installing the levers. That pin is made out of butter. And yes, it was 20 bucks. And it took about a week to get. And it is easy to replace.

How is it turning over in gear with that broke? Mine broke when putting new levers on and it wouldnt start at all unless in neutral only.

Yes should only start if in neutral. Can still ride but if you kill it at a stop light you'll have to put it in neutral before you can start it kind of a pain in the ***. Just get the part ordered, quick fix
