Guy at work bought a Grom. I thought what a joke, he handed me the keys said just go ride it. I came back with a grin on my face ear to ear:grin2:
He said Kawi just came out with a 1 just like it. I looked around town and none where available. There where Grom's for $3400 otd. But I found a Z in Az. Called them out and got it for $3350 otd 3 days ago. Drove down and picked it up. I was surprised how much "smaller" it was than the Grom:frown2:. All is good I love it so far! I've put a mod list together.... $1500, that's half the price of the bike lol. Might just leave it stock.

Thanks! Better brakes for sure, brembo calipers and more agressive pads. Intake, cam, 2 brothers exhaust, ignition system. Would like to pull the head and port it out a little along with the intake manifold. Just waiting on Dynojet for the power commander.

I think some guys might just start with pads since the average rider doesn't have that sort of money to shell out on an entire setup. Would be interesting to see what people get overall and even what a complete overhaul is like. In for updates :D

Money is not an issue, it's just justifying $1500 on a bike that cost $3000 lol.
Wouldn't mind a 15 or 16 tooth front sprocket... But I cant find 1. Searching and I keep coming up gears for Grom's.

Welcome to the forums and congratulations on the purchase. Is it really that big of a size difference ? That mod list does sound good though, but I can see what you mean by justifying spending 1500$ on a bike worth 3000$ lol
