I've got chocolate milk in my crankcase! Can't chase down why but it was only recently I've noticed it. Any pointers?
Have done two fresh changes sir, one right after another, when I seen the problem and a second time too see how badly I was getting fuel in there. It was about two to three days and it was chocolaty brown and quick. I've done an intake upgrade and an exhaust swap without purchasing a fuel controller. I'm guessing the injector is putting too much fuel inside the cylinder and it isn't combusting properly and escaping past the piston rings. I've been trying to find stuff on the internet about fuel dilution for a z125 but so far basically no luck. I hate to go tearing things apart without a direction to tword but when I tried the jump connector to ground to see if the computer picked anything up, the engine light just stays on and never flashes a code. I've got a real pickle on my hands
Nah man, never plugged it just routed it behind the cone I put on just like the stock box was set up and it's been like that for months but the issue is brand new. My co workers think it's because I'm not letting the engine warm up enough, my commute to work is roughly 30 seconds 🤣(1) It’s not injector related. Without a tune, you’re not getting enough fuel. Certainly not too much. (2) If you plugged the crankcase vent, that’s probably your issue. Route that line upwards and get a filter on it.

Depending on ambient temps and driving time that could be a very reasonable thing to assume.Nah man, never plugged it just routed it behind the cone I put on just like the stock box was set up and it's been like that for months but the issue is brand new.
