Probably overfilled oil level . check that first anyways

View attachment 27607
Have done two fresh changes sir, one right after another, when I seen the problem and a second time too see how badly I was getting fuel in there. It was about two to three days and it was chocolaty brown and quick. I've done an intake upgrade and an exhaust swap without purchasing a fuel controller. I'm guessing the injector is putting too much fuel inside the cylinder and it isn't combusting properly and escaping past the piston rings. I've been trying to find stuff on the internet about fuel dilution for a z125 but so far basically no luck. I hate to go tearing things apart without a direction to tword but when I tried the jump connector to ground to see if the computer picked anything up, the engine light just stays on and never flashes a code. I've got a real pickle on my hands

It is not a needed fuel controller issue
If the CEL is off while the bike is "running" there will be no code to read

If you 100% sure the oil level is being check correctly (double check it) then ...

You are getting moisture or water in the crankcase somehow if it's [chocolaty brown]

What oil are you using and what amount put in after changing oil

What crankcase mod did you do for the new intake and a pic tells a lot not spoken

Got you man I could send pics easy no worries I just need this fixed soon I use it for work. From the first time I got the bike I've been using royal purple but when I noticed the chocolate, I immediately did a change and the only thing I had was some lucas motorcycle oil 10w 40. No crankcase mod to speak of just intake and exhaust no internals yet to be spoken of. I cover the bike when not I. Use but it sits outside 99% of the time. I'd love to think it's only water getting in somewhere but when I've changed the oil it's brand new smelling highly of fuel. That's the only reason I didn't think of water being the issue. When I did the change it's little less than one quart without filter change and one with it and I had another filter to slap on so it took the whole quart of Lucas this last time. I've pulled the crankcase off so far and the case gasket looked to be ok as if to say I couldn't see water getting in that way but I'm not sure.. tell me what you want a picture of and I'll see what I can do

A pic of the new intake and exhaust, As well as when you disconnected the crankcase vent hose from the stock air box, what did you put on the end of it -or- where did you reroute it to.

Did the issue start when the new intake and exhaust was installed, If so then return it back to stock and see it issue still exist

But, if your 100% sure its gas then need to do a compression check
Stock bike compression with stock de-compression head should be 43~75 psi

If it is the rings you should have notice a significant loss in power than before the issue

You knowing the complete history on the bike see if anything in this link seems like anything you might suspect

Thank you so much. I work at a parts house and my boss said to run a compression check as well so I'm doing that today or as quickly as I can atleast. Will post updates and thanks for the helpful advice very much! I ride that little thing everywhere and I need to get it back on the road will send pics after I get home today. The crank vent hose went into the stock intake tube and I sealed it with gasket maker I'll show you in a bit. The issue is new but as far as I know it didn't start when it did that. It was months ago and I just started experiencing the fuel issue really recently

(1) It’s not injector related. Without a tune, you’re not getting enough fuel. Certainly not too much.
(2) If you plugged the crankcase vent, that’s probably your issue. Route that line upwards and get a filter on it.

Nah man, never plugged it just routed it behind the cone I put on just like the stock box was set up and it's been like that for months but the issue is brand new. My co workers think it's because I'm not letting the engine warm up enough, my commute to work is roughly 30 seconds 🤣

Depending on ambient temps and driving time that could be a very reasonable thing to assume.

It’s definitely not getting engine up to temperature that can cause this issue.
Back in the 70s my dads engine in his car was not running well so I removed the valve cover and it was full of sludge like white grease and he lived only 10mins from his work.
He ended up needing the engine rebuilt.
