Picked up a grey Z125 over the weekend and am looking forward to the mods already!
First thing was the reflector removal mod! Next is a laundry list of stuff: exhaust, fuel controller, airbox, fender eliminator, integrated tail light, low profile turn signals up front, mirrors, shorty levers, new tires, etc.
Been reading through the threads to see which tires everyone is liking. Looks like it's a toss-up between the Pilot Pure and the TT93.
I've ridden Groms and loved them, but really liked the Z125, so I went with that!
