Has anyone found grips to fit the Z? The stock ones are 114 mm (4.5 inches long). Most I find, including ones they say fit the Grom, are 120-122 mm long.

The grips are probably actually 115mm long. That's a common size for MX motorcycles, BMX bikes and Scooters. Pro Grip, Scott, Oury and others make them in this length.
