Its not exactly name brand, but there is an exhaust on ebay called ZoOm that looks pretty cool and runs like 250 to 280 bucks. Not sure what performance youd get out of it, but its a cheap option.

I saw this. Hmm. Well two questions. Is this going to be as good as anything namebrand. Is backpressure and such just a myth? And are those hot exhaust fumes going to damage anything long term?

TBR is some good stuff but it is typically priced right up there with Yosh and the other premier brands. I am sure Akrapovic, Arrow, and some others will be coming out with exhaust for it. Give a bit and there will probably be quite a bit more options to choose from...

This is what LeoVince has for the Z125 in the Asian markets. I have reached out to LeoVinceUSA to try and find out what the scoop is on the system making it to the North American market.

So this is the response I got from LeoVince this evening.
Sorry for the delay, I need to check with the guys in Italy and see if there is any more news.
The links you sent are not official exhaust we have made, but are universal mufflers that have been welded to custom head pipes. We didn’t make those exhaust, just the muffler. I will see if there is anything official planned and let you know.

That's cool that they actually answered you. In my experience most manufacturers never reply to email questions/requests.

Well, I got a little more info today. The reason LeoVince does not have a slip-on or exhaust system yet ( so I am told ) is they do not have the Z125 in Europe thus the R&D division has not gotten one to design with yet. They do have (2) different slip-on's for the Grom and they told me they had been excellent sellers for LeoVince. I told them to get with it and get something developed and to the North American market for the Z125.

Here is what I got from Akrapovic direct earlier today:
As for the 125... no.
I get asked daily! Unfortunately, due to the complicated configuration of the exhaust and a few other factors, our factory decided to not add it to the project list.So nothing will be coming from Akrapovic.

Not that I would have paid the premium price for Akrapovic but it is a bummer that they are not planning on bringing anything to market for the lil Z.
