Got my seat today. It took two weeks to get from Thailand. The seat was packaged very well.

All wrapped up in bubble wrap

Quality is good and the foam feels a little softer than the stock which is a huge plus for me atleast.

And here's the seat on the bike. Don't mind the scooter.

Over all I like the seat but I it really needs rear sets now. I have only one issue with the seat and that's the bump for the passenger. I really don't like how high it is especially when I ride this thing all the time. It puts me way far forward on the bike which is good for handling but not much for comfort. I'm thinking with rear sets and lower bars it will get significantly better. I'll put more miles on this seat and hopefully have more to say. For $102 usd shipped to my door though it's a nice upgrade.

Comfee????
How is it, I must know.
I haven't been on a long ride yet. I just went out for like a mile or so ride. It was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that because of how low the seat sits and the hump up to the passenger you really have no room to adjust yourself back. This seat is not for people over 5'11. It's going to take some getting used to and probably rear sets but it's not bad.

I got a seat with a bump too, while it looks really cool I cannot use it because I am to tall and it forces you into a spot that is not comfortable where it feels like I am overly hugging the tank... I love the look of them but they do not work well if you are taller! I am 6'2

For a second, I thought the seat was somehow related to batman. :p The dark color certainly fits the part.

Who do you plan to have sitting in the back?
Glad I wasn't the only one. :|

But, seat does look really nice. Glad to hear it's comfy too and for that price, it's not bad at all

It's also a full replacement seat not just a cover so if one were to not like it it could be swapped back to stock with just the turn of a key.

Love how that seat looks.

The carbon fiber cues it has going on were executed perfectly, wouldn't change a thing about it aside from maybe diamond stitching in the areas carbon fiber is in.

How much lower is the seat compared to stock?
Pics sorry I suck at life and forgot about it till this morning.

Kinda hard to see really but the dks seat is at 29 inches from the ground at its lowest point.

The stock seat at the same point is at 31.5 inches off the ground.

That's a decent drop from stock height. Thanks a lot for your help Blackx09.
I'll probably get the seat from DKS.

My wife is a shorty so hopefully this lowered seat will make her feel more confident instead of on her tippy toes when coming to a stop.

This is from my wife just give you an idea.
I'm 5'2 and when I am standing with the bike I can reach where the balls of my feet are on the ground in flat shoes if wearing a thicker soul shoe it a little better... It is a little uncomfortable at the top of my thighs but of course that is only when standing.. When on the stock seat I am on my tippy toes and it's the same with the thighs but it's a little worse.

Love the look of the seat... was going to go with a Bride seat but this one is more clean looking. My only real complaint from view is possible quality concern as I'm OCD and noticed the slim ripple on the left side rear of the seat. Maybe it'll work itself out over time and if being sat on? Either way, my eyes are drawn to that spot every time I see the pic....
