Looking at that Scrambler and seeing the reflector their has me thinking that will be a good idea if you need to be seen more... like when riding in the city when its dark out.

pretty sure the stock Zed's tail has a reflector.

Yeah that's it, the rest are functioning lights, on the sides closest to the red reflector being turn signals.
