Doubt you need to clean but lube id always good. There are many different products for both, anything from WD40 to chain specific lubes. Years ago I used nothing but WD40 on a KLR650 and got 20 miles on the chain. Currently using Chain Wax made by Maxima, there are alternatives and many opinions on the subject. Lube after a ride and many use too much when they are learning how much to use, which can create a mess on the rear wheel with lube being slung off.

cool I agree with you. I am so low on miles I am thinking wd-40 for cleaning on a rag on the next chain tightening, followed up with some chain wax. I am 22mm slack, now, after my first time adjusting, spec is 20-35, when I bought it, it was at 45 MM. thoughts?
Look up fortnine videos on youtube. Ipone for cleaning. Gear oil for lubing on chain with rings. The oem chain has no rings so you can get away with wd40 for cleaning but when you upgrade later.

well said.

can I get standard harbor freight paddock stands? without spools?
I am using this https://www.amazon.ca/Venom-Motorcy...mzn1.fos.b06bdbbe-20fd-4ebc-88cf-fa04f1ca0da8

I paid 50 or 60 cad so this price us outrageous. I did have to tighten all the nuts as it was loose. Does the job for this small bike.

I see you are in Canada too, that's very cool. I wonder if Princess Otto has something similar or Harbor Freight in the states I live 1 hour away from the border. Montana
