Bike won’t start

So I picked up a bike from my neighbor. He couldn’t figure out why it won’t start. He replaced the fuel pump, line and injector. He also replaced the spark plug and wire. It’s getting spark and the fuel pump turns over but I’m not sure if anything is really coming out of the injector. I’ve pulled it and tried turning over the bike and barely anything comes out. The kill switch is pretty oxidized on the inside and I’ve cleaned it up a bit but I don’t know if that’ll cause it to not run. It turns over and someone’s tries to run with starter fluid but will not run.

Looks like a weak and bad injector spray should also be an circalunar spot

If they were all OEM parts not sure what's up. If there all good parts only thing is maybe a bad connector on the gas tank or injector, pull apart inspect all pins and firmly click them back together, or a bad signal from the ECU but that would be my last resort. There is no test for the ECU even by the dealerships

You can try this fuel pump Volume test but cannot do an actual pressure test without specialty gages but could show the pump is working at least
