Let's face it, public transit stinks but parking a large car downtown isn't a walk in the park so I thought a small motorized vehicle would be handy in these situations. And motorcycles get free parking!

Was originally thinking of an electric bike but those things are slow. The z125 will be perfect for travelling around the city.

It would probably work really well for that. I'd be slightly concerned that with it being so much lighter, it could be easily thrown into a pick up truck and stolen away. There must be solutions to a problem like that though.

if you're using it to commute it wont go missing during the day, too many people out and about. over night yes maybe a problem...

There's probably somewhere indoors they can park the bike. Most places have an underground garage.
Should be fine during the day if you park near other bikes.

I've noticed that some parkades have area's where people can lock up a bicycle for free, chances are within that area you can leave your motorcycle, all depends on what you have to work with.

Totally depends on the area. I'm just saying that it is easier to get away with than if you are riding a full size bike.
