PCV Ignition Map?

Does anyone have a good ignition table that works with a stock bike?

I'm looking for a good base to start with and do some tweaking from there.

Did you download the available maps on the dynojet site? They have 5. Stock and 4 different aftermarket pipes, all with stock airbox. They are a great place to start.

Sorry...I see you asked about ignition...most feedback I have seen is the stock bike does not react to timing changes, at most 1 degree. I have tried from 4 to 1 and it seems best left alone.

Interesting... Even a bone stock motor usually benefits from a timing change.

mine internally is stock with usual mods. pipe & intake

what I was wondering is if this motor would benefit from retarding a degree or 2 in the upper rev band.

Maybe reach out to Chris Cey. I heard something a while back about adjusting the timing on the top end to get a little more power... this was on the Hoedar, but timing is timing.

If this topic is satisfied.. (off topic)

Anyone seen the actual stock timing change from the 0* BTDC at idle to max 9000 rpm

One of my concerns with all my DFI system unplugged ?

If its not retarding at all the only effect would be a little loss of performance due to not retarding ,, Right ?

It does not fell like performance loss at WOT ..

I pretty much want the same answer Kawee lol. And these things definitely do feel like they're not living up to their full potential after 7500 rpm or so.
